ok so it's like a potato casserole. You boil potatoes after you peel and cut the potato in about 6 pieces. While it's boiling, you make a bechamel sauce, which is made like: recipe from google:
    Ingredients
    5 tablespoons butter
    4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    4 cups milk
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
    Directions
In a medium saucepan, heat the butter over medium-low heat until melted. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Over medium heat, cook until the mixture turns a light, golden sandy color, about 6 to 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat the milk in a separate pan until just about to boil. Add the hot milk to the butter mixture 1 cup at a time, whisking continuously until very smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove from heat. Season with salt and nutmeg.

After you make the bechamel sauce, which is pretty much a white sauce, (which you can put on pasta or lasagna) you put the boiled potato pieces on a dish. You pour the bechamel sauce over the potatoes and add a lot a lot of cheese. Could be any type of cheese, but I like putting different kinds so then it gets colorful and stringy. I recommend mozzarella or swiss or cheddar. And there you have it!
(You can also do this same thing with broccoli or cauliflower or any other vegetable you'd like, or add meats!)
